Payments

• Payments are accepted via Paypal OR Cashapp ONLY! 

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for websites before we begin a project, The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion of the job

• All other services are due in full before a project is started

• We provide an extensive portfolio for you to view before hiring us for your project so you can see the quality level of our work and be completely comfortable working with us. There are no refunds once the project has been accepted and we have begun work. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Kreative Revolution Graphics.

• Additional charges (for websites) will be applied if the client needs additional work that is outside of the original quote or package specifications.

• Client has 10 days to make their final payment or a $100 late fee will be applied for every week that the client is late after that time

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, Kreative Revolution Graphics does not issue refunds for any reason.

 

Project Timeline

 

Web design projects can be completed in 3-4 weeks from the payment date. This usually depends on the speed of the client’s feedback and the number of revisions required. If you have a project deadline, please let us know.

Text Based Designs and Image/Text Based Designs (Simple Artwork) are completed in 1 week from the payment date.

Image/Text Based Designs (Custom Artwork) are completed in 2 weeks from the payment date. 

​

We work with an average of 10-15 clients at a time and we do keep clients in order of first come – first serve. If you are in a hurry and need something done ASAP, we offer a “Rush” pricing – you can read more about that below.

 

Rush Jobs

If you are in a rush and need a project completed right away, we offer “rush rates” where we can promise that your project would be moved to the front of the line and done within a 3 day time frame. You would be charged an additional 50% on the total. So if the project is $100, with the rush fee, the project would total $150.

Logo Designs

• We provide 3 design concepts for you to choose from

• We DO Provide (high resolution) image files including .jpeg image files (white background) and .png image files (transparent background)

• We can also provide Vector files (.eps / .svg) for an additional $45 fee per design.

• We DO NOT provide editable image files such as .psd or .ai. (if you need edits or changes to your graphics in the future, we would be happy to help you for a minimal fee). We would be happy to provide you with each separate element of your graphic (s) in separate image files. For instance if your logo has both wording & graphics, we can create separate image files for each to be used as you wish.

 

Revisions / Concepts

Our prices include UNLIMITED REVISIONS. If you sign off on an image once we send you the finalized graphic image files and you see something that needs to be changed or fixed – you will be charged for a revision (this even includes typos that may have been a mistake on our part).  Be sure to proof read before giving the go to finalize the design.

 

Website Copyright & Credit

The copyright for your website and/or logo design is transferred to you upon delivery. 

You may provide your own photos or stock images for use in your website or logo design. If you choose stock images, you are responsible for compliance with license/photography copyrights. We are not liable for photos or design elements you provide.The Kreative Revolution Graphics credit must be kept in the footer of your website as long as you are using the design.
